That was CEBC 2026

From 21 to 23 January, the international biomass industry gathered in Graz for the 8th Central European Biomass Conference 2026. This leading renewable energy event brought together representatives from science, politics, business and society to share information and exchange the latest research findings and innovations.

At the entrance to the Congress Hall, which was also the entrance to the house building exhibition taking place at the same time, our new DUROX showed the way to future sustainable energy production. A highlight of our participation in the CEBC took place at the heating plant in St. Ruprecht: our chippers had been part of an extensive and interesting excursion programme.

A big thank you to the contractors Jansen and Reiter. They gave an impressive demonstration of the latest-generation Biber 92 MAROX and the long-proven Biber 78. With the latest chipping technology, high performance, throughput, wood chip quality and many years of expertise and reliability, they impressed the audience that had travelled from all over Europe!
