Wide material feeding
With its feeding width of 122 cm, the ‚84′ series is ideal for bush chipping or forest residue as well as for round timber up to 60 cm in diameter. The broad chipping rotor with its 10 respectively 20 chipping knives or optional blades allows an even higher throughput.
Adjustable chipping rotor
The new Eschlböck chipping rotor is smooth-running and especially energy-saving in construction. The robust chipping knives or the optional blade system produce as well precise fine as coarse chips for industrial furnaces – depending on applied knives or screen size. Only Eschlböck devices leave you with the option of belated switching between robust chipping knives and the fast-adjustable blade system, each with a protection against damages caused by foreign objects.
Large exchangeable screen element
The large, split and exchangeable screen element within the Eschlböck Biber wood chippers allows producing precise wood chips sized G30 as well as coarse chipping sized G50-G100.
Large low-wear blowers
Blowers of 1.55 m in diameter, lined by reliable wear elements, lead to a gentle spouting and coarse chipping with only minor contents of small particles.
Accurate stream of chips
The hydraulically adjustable ejection can be telescoped (option). In addition, by using the optional flap above the stream, the chip spout can be diverted upwards or downwards.
Spaltbiber – the log splitter
The optional Spaltbiber is able to split any trunk in an efficient and energy-saving way, regardless of its length and diameter. Elaborate composition and mode of operation allow chipping and splitting at the same time to achieve maximal effectivity.
