who was taken from us by God in his 89th year of life.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday, the 13th August 2014, at 11 o’clock, at Prambachkirchen’s parish church. We pray for our dear deceased on Tuesday, the 12th August 2014, at 19.30 o’clock in the parish church Prambachkirchen.
We honor his pioneering ideas, visions and lifelong achievements as founder the company Eschlböck.
After his apprenticeship in Vienna, he founded his own company with the patent for a recess bottom-fertilizer spreader. Other patented ideas for agricultural machines have then advanced the mechanization of agriculture significantly. Therefore, he was rewarded several times, amongst others by the Ministry of Trade and Reconstruction in 1963 for economically particularly valuable achievements.
Throughout his life, his home Prambachkirchen was the basis for his business activity. A visible sign therefore were since the the early days and are still the growing number of long-term employees, to whom he always felt connected and committed.
A pioneering vision of Rudolf Eschlböck was, 35 years ago, the start of production of wood chippers. In the following years, the importance of this area grew continuously. Today, Eschlböck is the leader in innovation and offers the largest product range on the market for wood chippers. Last not least thanks to the vision of its founder, the wood chippers from Prambachkirchen are in operation all over Europe.
In addition to his business activities, Rudolf Eschlböck was active as parish council, chairman of the Economic Association, chairman of the Raiffeisenbank Prambachkirchen, chairman of the Sports Union and he was an enthusiastic hunter. For his services he was made an honorary citizen of the market town Prambachkirchen.
Until recently, Rudolf Eschlböck was still in his company, being interested in both the business development and well-being of the employees. We miss his advice as well as the opportunity for personal conversation. We will always keep him in good and loving memory.
